I had been thinking of buying one of these bearing tools for awhile, I have 9 skateboards 5 for my kids and 4 of my own. Needless to say i change and clean ALOT of bearings! I wish i would have bought this tool years ago it works great. The puller feature doesn't work well with bearing spacers but you can still pop the bearing out using the tool instead of your axle. It's comfortable to use and doesn't take up any room in your skate bag, oh and it's cheap! No drama, does what it claims with no issues
I am sure I could find something around the house to install/ remove my bearings, but with this available, why would I? This is a very well designed tool that is made for only one purpose; skate bearings installation and removal. I hate having so many different tools but in this case it is worth it. I do wish it were easier to start a bearing in a new wheel, but once you get it lined up it does exactly what it promised. Removing the bearing is quick and easy, old or new wheel... Search you tube, there are a few good videos on how to use it.I am sure I could find something around the house to install/ remove my bearings, but with this available, why would I?
