That is ridiculous. It was sent through USPS and last info I have was that it departed the Kansas CIty USPS Regional Facility on 9/6/25. There has been nothing since. Ridiculous, I could have purchased the product from the local Stihl dealer and had it in a few days. But no I was stupid and purchased from this vendor and I am still waiting for the product after over 20 days.
