The unit looked worn down and the inner cover was damaged. Someone tried to pry it open with a screwdriver. When my electrician installed the charger we could not connect to it because the unit was still attached to the previous owner’s profile. I had ChargePoint hard reset it. After finally getting it running it melted my adapter within 5 minutes of charging. The adapter worked perfectly before at public chargers.
