They tried to help w/ sizing, but they came in still too small. She said, " don't worry, I'll take care of you" . They don't fit( a L won't fit a papillon), so now she says I have to pay shipping, but it will cost me more than they are worth. If I have to ship 2 $4.99 sweaters back to China, it'll cost me $30/ ea. She said ," sorry I told you"
