The resin was defective. It worked for 2 days and would not regenerate even with multiple salt cycles. I have had this type of resin system for over 20 years and replaced the anion resin many times with no problem until now. The treated water is the SAME as without.
I contacted the seller about the issue and was offered no solution. I was told because the product had been used there was nothing they would do. Seriously how would someone know the product was defective without using it?
