As the box had no damage this had to occur before they put it in the box which makes me feel less confident about dealing with them. I usually deal with them because they have good prices and products but to ship out a coin with a crushed capsule is less then a reassuring. Buyer beware. Maybe you really do get what you pay for. They could have given me a new capsule at least for almost a $3k purchase.
