False advertising, poor customer service & issues with the refund.
The packaging didn’t match the mug. The mug didn’t match the listing. The seller said, 'when the manufacturer updates their product, there may be a small delay in updating the pictures…' But they still have the false pictures listed.
I returned the mug. Then the refund status disappeared. No refund. I contacted the seller multiple times. No reply. USPS said the item was received.
It only got resolved when I escalated to eBay.
