  • Field of Hope

Yes, this book has all of what you would expect from an athletes point of view However---- this book also delves into other 'uncharted territory'----most notably an admirable analysis of the self-hypocrisy that Brett felt upon reflecting on his minor league travels as well as his early days in the major leagues. Perhaps the most sriking and hones revelations were Bretts' thought and motivations in regard to the players strike as well as his relationship with so called 'scab players' This is a very fulfilling and entertaing read..........

  • Good story line.

    Good inspirational read.
