This is a great alternative to the MacBooks. It's quite compact and reasonably fast for everyday office/productivity workloads. The screen screams gorgeous (although bare in mind the screen is glossy and you would need to crank up the brightness in well lit situations. That said adjusting the screen or slightly changing the viewing angles have not been a problem and I was able to see everything clearly). The storage is only 512 GB, but with the kicker that you have an additional (empty) SSD slot for internal storage. All in all, if you use Samsung devices and want a piece of that coveted ecosystem, this device is a strong buy. Even if you don't, and you wish to have a great laptop that can get you through the day and doesn't cut corners, this is an easy recommend. This is a great alternative to the MacBooks.
