Both tubs were crumbled, not smoothly packed like new. One was overfilled, and one was vastly underfilled. They were both wrapped in Saran Wrap for shipping, and even the Saran Wrap had crumbs wrapped up in it. These are very obviously not new, and after contacting seller (who claimed them still to be new after sending photos) & asking for a refund I’ve heard nothing back now for over a week. Scared to use them as unsure what is actually in them, and scared to use the 20% vol also purchased.
