Great price on a great jacket. However seller didn't seal the bag or envelope the light cream colored jacket went into, and it arrived with little grime spots, of which 1 was noticeable. Seller gave option to return it (such disappointment + hassle to end up empty-handed does not make a positive experience), or a mere $6 for dry cleaning but I bear all the risk if the spot doesn't come out (not returnable). Not how I would treat a customer. I kept the coat; spot mostly came out. Lots of hassle.
