    So seller advertises with remote. Seller ships with no remote. Seems like a small problem we'll replacement remote cost 10.00 dollars. Advertise says used with remote condition of receiver is good. But the fact that they say it comes with remote and ships it without. Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again

    First, Haden Dorset Toaster is an attractive addition to my countertop. It took me a day or two to fully get the settings exactly as I like my muffins toast3ed, but at this point in time, I am 100 percent satisfied with my new purchase!

    style is wonderful, great color -putty . However, I purchased an open box from Ebay. Out of 7 pieces of bread I toasted only one could have been eaten. The rest were burned. All of them were on level 1. Now I find out, I have to pay to return a defected toaster.
