    This was a no help review for me.

    This gave me bad indigestion. I don’t know what ingredient bothered me. Sone I had never heard of. I know Cayenne Pepper is not good for me. Oh have to stay away from Spivey. It’s probably just me snd my system. It might be good fir someone else. It did not make a difference on my energy level but that is jyst me.
