seller did originally accept my best offer and gave additional discount since i purchased multiple items. shipping was quick and fairly priced. bummed i only got half of the order, but satisfied with service and would buy from seller again.

The runner shipped quickly and was in great condition. The description of White on White in the listing matched the description on the manufacturer’s packaging. Based on the description and the pictures I expected a white table runner. It is actually cream and not close to white. The seller could have improved my experience by noting that the fabric was cream. The instruction page even stated the color as “Madeira”. Just including that info would have changed the transaction from good to great.
