First off, in the picture the pivot ball is smooth where it’s pressed in, actual product is splined, not right for my truck.
Second the puller tool is AWFUL. The pin in the end nut fell out making it harder to use the tool, but that doesn’t matter compared to what happened next.
The old pivot ball was coming out fine until it got super loose. Took off the tool and found it had cracked and broke a piece off the transmission case. Basically ruined my transmission.
Buyer beware! Bad product.

Ordered the rebuild kit, it arrived on time and everything was in it. Nothing damaged. Just ordered some other parts from them for the same transmission. No issue with the clip rings breaking as another person described. Over all very happy.
