Item was supposed to be a Sharper Image product. Just an imitation, no returns.

I am sorry that you are disappointed with your product, but it is not a knock-off. A picture of the product page from the Sharper Image website (which is still selling it) is the first in the listing and a direct link is in the description. I obtained the product from a Sharper Image return pallet. It is not stated in the listing that the box would contain Sharper Image branding, but I'll add a picture of the box for future buyers to see. I would appreciate it if you could revise your feedback.
