The product itself is very sturdy and functions as advertised. However, a small metal pin is the only thing that keeps the handle bar in place which allows for steering. Mine broke off the first day of minimal use. I notified the seller who was quick to respond and offered to repair it…but I could not wait over the long weekend. It is possible this is a known issue with the product. I resolved the problem myself by putting screws in place of the metal pins.

I opted to send my wife for local pickup of my Tuffcare all-terrain seated scooter at the Anaheim warehouse but it didn’t have all its parts. I messaged them and they sent their truck to deliver an entirely assembled scooter to me at my home the very next morning. Very much appreciated now that I can’t drive! Thanks, Tuffcare!
