    My experience was ok. The item did come and was beautiful (better than the picture). communication with the vendor was poor. It is scary to buy an engagement ring online with all of the scams these days. Good communication would greatly improve the service. My item was shipped only after the estimated arrival date and only after several unanswered emails to the vendor and an email to ebay. Thats what made this experience only ok; shipping was delayed but not long, communication was poor.
