- k***b (1441)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI rebuilt NV4500s, and have often had customers with worn out or leaking shift towers so I started stocking these kits. The price is very fair, shipping is always fast from Allstate Gear and items are well packaged. This shift towers do work well when replacing very worn out ones, but don't expect it to be like a brand new OEM part. These new shift towers have some play, and they tend to wear quicker than OEM, but for the price it is definitely recommended and is an improvement.

The shifter itself is bent too much so if you put the actual shift lever on, it hits the seat when you go to put it in gear. Not very feasible. I held it up against the original stock one that came out of the truck, and the short throw that's currently in the truck. All 3 are different.
