Item arrived damaged, but the seller immediately refunded me. Obviously this was a disappointing transaction, however the seller couldn't have reacted better to the situation. I can only rate the Item Description 1 star as it renders the item worthless. The seller is adamant that the damage could only have occurred during shipping - I cannot say. EBAY's Global shipping program is diabolical, ridiculously expensive, slow, and unreliable.
