This roller is an order of magnitude better than my previous roller that had started to break down. If you're thin like me, you'll love it, the hard rollers hurt me. And it appears to be extremely well made, time will tell, I've been using it for about a month now

Not hard like most rollers
Recommended by a chiropractor. The slight "give" of these OPTP roillers makes them more gentle than the common hard rollers. If you use the OPTP for vertebrae that need adjusting, this brand is more gentle than the hard ones and seems less likely to cause negative results. It's a bit pricey for the size but I thought it was worth it.

Gentle on my overly reactive muscles
I finally located a roller that is gentle on my overly reactive muscles. My muscles stay very sore and tender to the touch which has made PT exercises at home very painful and difficult and of course I didn't keep up due to the pain. I am able to continue with my PT exercises at home now that I have this.
