Product arrived as described and packed securely with cushions. Shipped from UK and arrived in HK within a week without any customs issues or charge. Seller was helpful in answering questions. Machine was fully functional with only a few minor physical scratches. Power and USB cables weren’t included but they could be purchased easily locally. It didn’t come with the required software, which was honestly disclosed before purchase. Software issue was resolved with a local company. Happy me.
