I purchased this item and had to wait for over a month for it to arrive. I took the model number off the broken one that I had (and kept for reference). The one that arrived had a different connecting plug so therefore did not fit the photo frame that I have. NO refund has been offered even though I contacted the seller. I am still waiting for a response from the seller.
