I later on found out that they were in a dormant state so the initial charge is slow so the battery wouldn't heat up. Mid way the 1st charge they sped up to normal and then went on to fast charging speed. SO keep that in mind before you say its defective. All in all, great price, they came in one piece, and they practically look brand new. Hopefully these will last as long as my original battery!

I look forward to doing business with them again. Outstanding transaction, great communication, batteries that look like new and only had a few previous flights on them. And a great price.
