The mask was damaged upon arrival, with one whole side having snapped off. Unfortunately, this included the part the elastic strap affxes to, so the mask was completely unwearable. I contacted the seller to advise them not to use flimsy paper envelopes as packaging and to request a refund or replacement. The seller eventually agreed to a full refund but initially only offered me a small percentage of the purchase price as a goodwill gesture discount, which I advised was not acceptable.
