I haven't installed it yet but it looks fine. I would suggest to everyone shipping these motors to do away with the white styrofoam packing on the ends and use something much heavier. I've purchased three pumps like this and every one of them were banged up on the ends cuz that white Styrofoam crumbles in shipping. One that I got from another seller actually cut the wire in half.

This pump is wired with 18 Guage wire. A 1 Hp pump requires 12 Guage for 1Hp 220 Single Phase. Now they want me to pay $72.61 to return a bad pump that was received that way. People of California don't buy this pump it does not meet code and is unsafe.
