I have read at least ten books by Dick Francis and this is another good one. The story engages the reader from the first page and the writing is stylish and sassy. I always learn something new from the occupation of the main character, here he owns and operates a fleet of horse vans. One of the characters is pivotal due to his use of rhyming slang, which at one crucial point, is key to understanding the motive and the identity of the villains.I have read at least ten books by Dick Francis and this is another good one.
