Kevin Sorbo is perfect for the role of Hercules, as he plays the character with humor and pathos. This first-season trilogy introduced the character of Xena to the world, and Lucy Lawless took it from there. She has amazing acing chops, as evidenced by her later work on stage, in TV and in the movies. Both Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Xena: Warrior Princess have high production values, great writing, great acting, and a sense of fun.Kevin Sorbo is perfect for the role of Hercules, as he plays the character with humor and pathos.
