They are good at sending the wrong sizes I ordered 3 S/M hats of varying prices I got 3 L/XL hats. They make it a nightmare to return and get a refund. I spent over $40 and they partially refunded me $11 and change for returning the 3 hats which they count as 1.The hats looked like a cheap knock off buyer beware.
