    The item was listed as a large. The tag on the sweater says large. The item is clearly a small. The seller doesn’t offer refunds and totally mislead me into thinking this item was bigger than it was. Any reputable seller would refund you because they want the customer to be happy. Not this seller. So, essentially I have a sweater that I can’t wear because it’s so small.

    The open front cardigan was purchased new with tags attached. The manufacturing label clearly showed a large in the pictures. I never mislead this buyer or any other buyer and will gladly provide measurements on new items if asked. The return request included a picture of the buyer wearing the sweater and it appeared to fit her nicely. The return WAS allowed and she WAS refunded per eBay policy. I even paid the return shipping label. The buyers feedback is untrue as she got her refund!
