    MTH Snowplow: Setting the Scene Whether In Motion or Standing Still

    I definitely recommend the MTH snow plow for three-rail modelers running railroads set in snow country. Snowplows definitely show the setting, whether in motion during winter months or sitting among the daisies in late spring and early summer. It's also realistic-looking. I don't know if it is a model of a plow owned by any particular railroad, but it looks like it could have belonged to any North American railroad during the last 100 year. MTH recommended against running the plows at high speed. There's no reason to; the real ones never moved that fast anyway. My model was lettered for the New York Central. I plan to repaint it in good time, but not because I was dissatisfied with the paint quality, but because I don't model the New York Central. I think I'll enjoy my plow for years ...

    Good level of detail, car is tipsy, could use some more weight to keep from derailing, paint and graphics excellent, my only preference would for it to have clear and not fogged windows.
