The NEW lipstick that was posted and I purchased, was clearly used. Seller didn’t even clean it up! Seller was rude to me because I didn’t realize that by clicking return product, I was giving her a bad reputation. THEN, seller claims to have never gotten her used lipstick back and thinks eBay should give her back her $10. I shipped her USED lipstick out the very next day after receiving it. I have NO use for it or reason to keep it! And it’s $10, yet she’s acting like it was $50-$100! Wow!

This buyer is completely incorrect. The lipstick was new as described, was shipped timely. When buyer contacted me I stated that if she wanted to return the lipstick even though it was as described in the listing (new/unsealed), I would provide her with a refund. I waited for the lipstick to be returned and I provided buyer with a refund. Buyer is misrepresenting the entire context of this transaction. I was completely professional at all times.
