  • Kick it up a notch!!!!!!!

This man knows how to cook, and I want some of those wonderful recipes for myself. He's a blast on foodnetwork.com to watch as he prepares wonderful mouth watering recipes for all to love. Now, if I could only get him to come make dinner for me!!!!!! How wonderful that would be. So, in the meantime, I will just have to fix these great recipes that are in this book, while I wait for that magical evening of food prepared by the bam expert himself. Who knows, maybe sometime in the future, at one of his nice restaurants, I can sit back, relax, and have someone who has trained under him prepare something out of this world for me to have for dinner. It never hurts to dream!!!!!!!!!!

  • Beautifully signed book

This book is first of all fun and very entertaining. And the fact that it was personally signed by Emeril makes it an everlasting keepsake.

  • Every Day's a Party is a winner

Bought this for my wife for a Mother's Day gift. I originally bought it because she collects cookbooks which are autographed by famous chefs - - and Emeril signed this one. She loved it immediately. Honestly, i had never taken the time to go through the recipes before giving it to her. But she said the recipes are complicated, yet easy to follow. She's made several dishes from it already. If you're a fan of Lagasse OR like great food - - BUY IT!

  • Manificent Cookbook

This cookbook is very user-friendly for the everyday person. Lots of recipes and stories. I recently set on a quest to find a cookbook with Louisana/Cajun feel to it.. I bought this book because I enjoy watching Emeril on TV. I have yet to visit any of his restaurants, but its definitely on the "to do" list. I found lots of recipes that have in my kitchen, nothing special, just regular ingredients and spices. When looking for a cookbook, I tend to look for cookbooks like that.

  • EVERY DAY'S A PARTY, EMERIL LAGASSE COOKBOOK

Love his receipes and have been trying to collect all of his books. His receipes are mostly down to earth and fairly easy to follow. For the most part, these are easy for the new cook to follow. Absolutely delicious.
