    Easy to use, straight forward controls, awesome zoom

    I purchased this camera mainly for the zoom performance. That is does admirably. The image crispness isn't really much different than my 7 year old Lumix camera. And that one is not 720. Seems like the images become clearer when I zoom in, maybe it's just me, but I love the zoom, the image stability at full zoom. I wish it had a viewfinder, as I hate to see my face reflected in the display on sunny days. Really, there were times with the sun at high noon when I could not see what I was filming, all I could see was my face. Indoors in low light is not a great performer, I wish it had some manual picture adjustments, like darker/lighter and picture sharpness controls. But again, I bought it for outdoor filming for the zoom. Can't wait for the Blue Angels to come to town to tape the ...

    Very nice video camera

    It's a very nice video camera, I use it for video recording Church services. It's small and easy to uses and with the 70X zoom I put the camera up out of the way and people don't know that it's there. It has a very clear video up close and far way.

    very poor camera,720p i just letters,is it like 480p camera !

    filming in 720p mode video quality is similar to 480p ,making fotos is like making fotos on first phone with foto camera very poor quality of foto,only two positive things very good optical zoom,and atishake mode,nothing more good in this camera! :)example video vith litlebit sony vegas editing in color in some frames https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCwox29Nyqc
