    I will stick to Socket 775, and that's it !!!

    Ever since Intel started playing the "New Processor, New Socket" card, i decided that i'm not going to fall for it. Still using socket 775 with an X48 chipset motherboard. Presently i have a QX6700 which meets or exceeds my requirements as a gamer or with Video encoding jobs. QX9770 is a beast, energy efficient, powerful, less heat due to 45nm process, what else you need.I don't need to upgrade in the near future since i have it :) Only issue everyone speaks of is the "Yorkfield bug" which is not much i am concerned about since i have an 8 layer PCB Motherboard. I think the bug surfaces when we overclock, but that's not a big requirement as far as i am concerned. Transition from Dual core to Quad core will do wonders to your system performance since we now have many applications ...

    Best LGA775 CPU, the best money can buy

    This CPU is the fastest and most powerful LGA 775 processor available, 3.20ghz which is easily overclockable to 4.00ghz, the 4 cores are really handy as well, I've been able to run 2 games and windows media player and internet explorer at the same time without any lag whatsoever, really good multitasker and great for gamers!

    Quad Core Cpu

    I decided to buy this cpu to complete my Home PC based on LGA 775 systems. It is the top processor and it runs cool and fast, and of course you can push it! You can buy this type of performance at a relative cost, comparing with other systems based on new cpu's available in the market.
