There was a misunderstanding, but the seller was very grateful, quick in response, and resolved the issue immediately. These are the type of sellers that eBay needs to multiply I appreciate what you did for me and I thank you for the product. by the way, fast shipping as well!

Unfortunately, we were mis-informed on the two cartridges newness from our supplier. Buyer was unwilling to accept a partial refund for the one good cartridge with an apology for the error. So, buyer was then fully refunded. Buyer then gets to use a perfectly good cartridge out of the two in the box, so they lucked out with a free cartridge. It's not worth the shipping back to us.

The item was as described and as pictured. However, I made multiple offers to seller, to which they never responded. The transaction took 7 plus days to purchase. Why have best offer as an option, but never respond. I don’t consider letting the offer expire a proper response.
