Awful coin listed as uncirculated not even good. He sent a second 1982 p instead of a d, not surprised he probably doesn't own a loop, and in this condition its kinda hard to tell. This is my first and only bad experience on ebay. And the only person I've ever reviewed poorly. Basically I bought $1.00 for $20.00 plus tax.
