    The laptop came in damaged from transit, it is functional and looked exactly like the photos save from the damage. It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

    Excellent product, but the battery seems to lose charge quickly

    This product is easy to use and if you're looking for something to just use for browsing the web and completing school assignments, it's perfect. The only drawback is the battery life seems to diminish quickly. My wife used to have an older model that broke, but even towards the end of its life had a battery that would easily last a week if not used frequently. On this one, the battery needs much more frequent charges, though granted the product was old when we bought it.
