Product arrived discreetly packaged in perfect condition. Messaged seller due to shipping delays and they were responsive, although their advice was to just wait longer lol. However, the product did arrive, just late. Shipping is NOT as fast as described or advertised...as a matter of fact I would double the shipping time they list on product. All in all it is still a 5 star seller...but if they don't get better shipping times I think they will see their ranking take a hit at some point.
