After being days late, and the tracking saying it was never shipped, they took nearly another week to admit the mistake and refund my $. Their internal investigation becomes the buyers problem. Terrible policy. I’ll never buy from them again. Mistakes happen, I get that. Keeping the buyer in limbo for several days while you figure out what went wrong is unacceptable.
