    Looks (and feels) exactly like a genuine Apple item, but who knows. It does work with my wired non smart headphones exactly like my genuine apple version, and it seems you cannot source from Apple anymore so for me its a good item. I've been using it for a week so far no problems.

    3.5 apple lightning jack adapter

    I bought this lightning jack for myself as my daughter keeps using my original Apple 3.5 adapter jack what I have had for years, I did hope it would work on my selfie stick but very disappointed it doesn’t so my daughter has tried it on her iPhone 8 and works ok for now I got to say I’m not sure if this is a genuine Apple product as it does look so like the original I’m only keeping it due to it working on my daughter’s phone to be used with the Apple head phone’s she has .

    The item seems to B a genuine Apple product & It works with a bit of fiddling with the 3.5 mm jack It was bought as a Backup to the Wireless Blue Tooth Ear phones for when travelling abroad to save Energy, other than that It is just another Adapter to be used with Apple lightening inlet On Phone that does't have a 3.5 mm jack inlet. Thnx
