shipped with a wrong sized part. had to wait a week and a half for the right part to ship from china. highlight is customer service is very accessible and helpful, even if they don't seem to have all the information on how the bikes are put together. the bike is also generally low quality, but it works.

Outer box arrived a little banged up. Battery has a few dents in the casing but seems to work fine. Item is as described with a charger. Measured 53.1 v so came with almost full charge. This is a small 10Ah battery and will be used as a booster to main battery. I have a dual battery system to make use of this.
