New? Not really, these batteries are pulls from previous use. Per the notes on the batteries they were analyzed and the remaining capacity was noted. Battery bolts were provided but they were 1/4 - 20 not M6 bolts as noted in the battery specs; that I found on the web. The dollars per amp compared to new batteries was the reason I bought these. I expect I will get good use from them.
