I wasn't sure what to expect, but prior to putting this together, I did an inventory and all parts were there. I did need screwdrivers. It arrived undamaged. By the way, I am near retirement age and female, and I put this together myself. I am not good at assembling anything, and it did take me about 3 hours. I took my time and followed the directions carefully. It's doable! Proud of myself!
