    Just OK

    There are a lot of material flashing's ( when two halves of a mold do not fit well and media bleeds out before it sets up) , I was able to trim the flashing off. I got kinda of a OK price when I placed a bid/offer. The big issue is the wheel isn't 13", it is only 12 1/2", this could be a big problem for a smaller/weaker person,
