    Good challenging step up from beginner level yoga.

    Good intermediate yoga program. I was using his Beginner's DVD, also with Coleen Saidman, and tried this one to step up a little. Other videos that I tried were too fast for me, too intensive or just didn't do a good job explaining the next move. This video provides a challenge for me. There are 4 different exercise routines that vary from one to the other although the common element is a lot of downward-facing-dog poses. If I had a complaint, it would be that there are too many of them. Having said that, the 4 routines have definitely helped me improve my cardio routines as well as upper body strength on the other days that I do my non-yoga routines. The fifth exercise routine is really a cool-down that should be done after the other 4. But it has a few poses as well that help ...
