      Everything I wanted

      Works well - the blade is infinitely adjustable and will slice really thinly, I have not used it for Julien cutting because it was not why I wanted to use it - I really wanted something to slice potatoes and vegetables at a uniform and sometimes very thin slice - I am quite happy with it - oh- and by the way - the glove is more of a woman's glove - doesn't fit a man's extra large hand - oh well - need to be careful around sharp objeccts
