What I was sent is not what is pictured. Seller was only willing to allow a return and "see if they could find" what the listing showed. Not going to pay to return something when the packaging they used would need to be replaced. Tried to say that because there is more stickers it's worth more and that is not true. No offer to refund part of the purchase price for their mistake, absolutely do not recommend buying from this seller unless it's a photo of the actual item and not a stock photo.

    You get what you pay for

    This is the worst cell phone ever. Save up and buy something else. Everything is bad. A very short cord to charge, & a battery that drains fast (though it charges fast too). It has a lot of preprogrammed stuff that drains data and must be turned off. It types really bad. Sometimes it goes backwards & deletes my work. Sometimes as I swipe to turn on it ignores, or as I am typing my password it turns off. It has a bad screen sensor, and clicks the wrong things. A really vile & annoying device. The one thing I can say they designed well was the charger cord is reinforced by where it meets the phone, so it won't wear out as easily.

    Very nice 16-GB phone, especially when UNLOCKED for TRACFONE SIM CARDS.

    Nice 16-GB phone!!!! Sometimes, you can find this phone for a little less money, BUT, make sure you read the fine print. I WAS LOOKING FOR TRACFONE (LIMITED) UNLOCKED. REAL NICE FOR TRACFONE UNLOCKED. I FOUND IT!

    Workhorse

    I use this for calls, and as a wifi hotspot using an app. As wifi only battery lasts a long time!! Not for gaming. Its my standard phone. I use a tablet for gaming and communications. Battery charges very fast, and lasts for hours. Alcatel makes good products.

    Seems like it's an okay phone but it does have its setbacks it doesn't have that long. Of time if you're browsing the internet and it's Android version doesn't accept all the Androids that I would like to put on it from the Play Store
