    I contacted the seller. I explained the issue. It is a connectivity problem. The watch does not hold charge. It was open box. But apple store told me open box products must be individually tested to meet standard. Some open box products have been resold by others so apple sets a standard. They provided me with a free charger but it made no difference. I want to solve this ASAP. I'm leaving for a six week vacation in 2 weeks. I want a solution ASAP. I bought a red watch not a red bracelet.
