The screen has a very large scratch. The seller (Supplytronics) claims that issues can be resolved with one email.
An email was sent asking for ability to return phone and pay the difference for another in excellent condition.
Thirteen days have passed since the initial email, plus a follow-up. Read receipts show that both emails were read, however, there's been no response.
I've moved on but warn users to - AVOID THIS SELLER!!
Like me, you might receive a damaged phone followed by silence.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
